Founded by Paul C. Olson in 1990, Vantage Point Realty is locally owned and operated, is not encumbered by a franchise or corporate structure.  This allows the agent to conduct their business in a very individualized manner. You will never pay a franchise fee in our firm.  Referral fees are paid like a normal split.

We are primarily a residential real estate firm.  We also specialize in gov't home sales, Land and new construction.  Our agents also market investment & income properties.  We do not participate in property management or business brokerage.

REQUIREMENTS:

Vantage Point Realty Does not have a formal New Agent Training program.  We seldom hire "Part-Time" or "Newly Licensed" Agents.  However, if you happen to be the exception to this rule, you will be required to complete additional education above and beyond the normal licensing process.

Newly Licensed Agents who become Vantage Point Realty Agents will be required to attain the National Association of Realtors Graduate, Realty Institute Certification (GRI), within 1 year of the date of hiring.  This will require you to attain an additional 90 hours of education.  You will also be required to attend each Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) course offered in Tucson until the CRS Designation is achieved.

Experienced Agents are not required, but are encouraged, to peform the above.  We consider an "Experienced" agent to be one who has been in the Business FULL TIME for at least 5 years, and has earned a minimum of $40,000 as a Real Estate Agent for 3 of the those years.

We do have options for the part-time agent.  However, if you are a newly licensed agent, or have had a license for years, but seldom use it, we are probably not the firm for you.  There are plenty of other firms in Tucson offering basic training.

You'll receive a wide choice of compensation agreements.  Most of our Agents are paid at the 100% level.  If hired, our lowest split is at the 70% level for experienced agents who prefer to not pay our low office fees.  Office fees for 100% agents are only $50 per month!
