Paul began his real estate career in 1981 after 10+ years as a commercial pilot. Paul originally hails from Highland Park, Illinois, near Chicago and moved to Tucson in 1974. He obtained his Arizona Real Estate Salespersons license in 1982 working for a Commercial / Investment firm. He specialized in land and small commercial properties, and commercial leasing.

In 1984 Paul made the transition to RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE LISTING AND SALES. He excelled. In 1986 he obtained his Arizona Real Estate Brokers license.

Paul is the Founder, Owner, and Designated Broker of Vantage Point Realty with offices in Tucson, Arizona.

Paul was elected by the Tucson Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, Board of Directors to act as President of the MLS for 2006.

Paul was re-elected by his peers to be one of only 3 Elected Directors of the Multiple Listing Service of Tucson. He is now serving an unprecedented 4th two year term which expires at the end of 2008!

He was appointed Chairperson for the Tucson Multiple Listing Service Standards Committee for years 2001 and 2002.

Paul is a “working broker” and is active in both sales and listing of properties.

His 25+ years of experience provide his clients with a decided edge in counseling and negotiations. Paul believes in the
“Counselor Approach” to real estate, as opposed to the old “sales” or “hard sell” approach.
